Information technology supervision and safety officer-auditor

We are currently looking for an information technology supervision and security officer for the UAB Sertika team, who would be interested in pursuing a career as an information technology security expert/auditor.

We are looking for a responsible team member who would primarily like to:

• improve and together find the most effective IT maintenance and security solutions for Sertika
• develop as an IT security auditor for Sertika clients;
• with the help of information technology security audits, to educate Sertika and Sertika's clients regarding IT security.

Nature of work

for information technology supervision and security officer:

• Periodic information technology maintenance works;
• Improvement of operations and documentation;
• Incident and problem resolution;
• Employee consultation.

Information technology security expert/auditor:

• preparation for the audit
• visits to the client on the day of the audit and conducting the audit,
• presentation of results in a report.

Working hours

For the IT maintenance and security officer:

10 working hours week: execution of planned work and management of incidents in the office.

IT security expert/auditor: +Planned visits to clients to perform IT security audits.

We expect you to:

1. You are studying or have completed higher or higher education in the field of IT. Are you an IT maintenance specialist/platform engineer, IT project manager, IT security officer, programmer, etc.
2. have experience in:

a)      In IT maintenance - 1 year or you know the answers and know what to do when questions arise:

• How to check server disk space?
• What is virtualization, VMware, ESXi and vSphere.
• How to create an employee account in Active Directory?
• What to do if there is an alert about a failed backup job.
• What are Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure?

b)       If you also aspire to a career as an auditor, you must have at least four years of practical work experience in the field of information technology, of which at least two years will be working in functions related to information security and working with technical documents, understand the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002 standards, be able to find their correspondence in the company's activities and documentation. These requirements can be learned in SERITKA.

1. Learn English;
2. Has good computer skills;
3. Driving is an advantage in auditor's work.

Salary

300 EUR in hand for SERTIKA IT security and maintenance - 10 working hours per week
