– these are unchanging values that I always follow. All we can change is ourselves. Thoughts, words and actions must match. Therefore, I abide by the agreements. I don't make commitments that I know I can't fulfill. And if the agreement becomes unfulfillable due to circumstances beyond my control, I immediately notify the other party and take steps to control the situation in the best way possible. Therefore, SERTIKA's Quality Policy, operational values and operational principles are alive, functioning, liberating and enabling the team to act and grow.

Since 2008 I am a member of UAB SERTIKA team.
Since 2010 I became the director of UAB SERTIKA testing laboratory and certification institution.
In my leadership role, I created a package of new services and restructured the existing business. Achieved and maintained sustainable and profitable growth.
I do this by focusing on team engagement, customer experience, leveraging technology and innovation.
The company serves the community by contributing to the legalization of electronics and electrical engineering products and management system certification in companies and is celebrating its 29th year.
