How to prepare for product safety testing?

The UAB SERTIKA team will determine the requirements for your device more quickly and easily, if you add a completed template with product specifications and other available device documentation when submitting a request.

You can submit the completed template with product data and additional documentation by e-mail. by mail: lab@sertika.lt;

For safety testing:

• Provide multiple test objects.
• Provide the laboratory with clear and concise instructions for starting, using and stopping the product.
• Have a product engineer who is able to answer Sertika laboratory engineers' questions or requests for information, repair the product, adjust it until it meets the technical requirements for safety.
• Submit a sample with all necessary accessories or materials.
