For which countries is the CE marking relevant?
CE marking is required by:
  • Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia.

  • European Free Trade Association member countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
  • Turkey has fully integrated many CE directives, although it is not a member of the European Union or the European Free Trade Association.
